PM Modi wants “janta curfew” is this a right way to stop the corona virus ?? is it necessary for prevent from corona?

On Sunday From 7 am To 9 pm “janta curfew” apply in india, Says PM Modi
Coronavirus: PM Modi warned people against hoarding and panic buying. “I want to reassure that each one steps are being taken to make sure that the availability of milk, medicines and food doesn’t stop. don’t hoard, be sensitive towards the necessity of others,” he said.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today appealed to citizens to watch a “Janata curfew” on Sunday March 22 as a test run social distancing over subsequent few days to fight the spread of coronavirus. As a part of the self-curfew, the Prime Minister said everyone must stay home from 7 am to 9 pm that day and abide by it.
The Prime Minister also cautioned citizens against hoarding and panic-buying, assuring that there would be no shortage of essentials like milk, medicines and food.

“Under this Janata (public) curfew, nobody should leave their home or take in their neighbourhoods. Only those associated with essential services should leave ,” said PM Modi.

“At 5 pm, we’ll stand at our balconies, windows or doors for five minutes and that we will applaud those maintaining essential services by ringing bells, sounding sirens and clapping…,” he said.

The Prime Minister suggested that the one-day exercise would help people get wont to self-isolating. Stay home unless absolutely essential within the next few weeks, he said, urging determination and restraint.

“I want subsequent few weeks from you, i would like some time ,” he said, stressing on the necessity to avoid what he called a sudden explosion of the outbreak, after the primary few days, in other nations. “Today’s generation might not be very conversant in this, but within the olden times, blackout was observed in the dark during wartime. this is able to sometimes continue for prolonged periods. Several times, there would even be blackout drill,” he remarked.

Coronavirus, he said, had affected more nations than the planet War and therefore the growing challenge posed by the outbreak wasn’t normal.

“There is not any cure for this, so we’d like to stay healthy. we’d like to avoid crowds and stay home. Social distancing is critical. If you think that you’ll roam around as was common and feel you’ll not be in danger this is often incorrect; you’re endangering yourself and your family.”

Coronavirus cases in India climbed to 173 on Thursday after 18 new cases were reported. Four people have died.

PM Modi warned people against hoarding and panic buying.

“I want to reassure that each one steps are being taken to make sure that the availability of milk, medicines and food doesn’t stop. don’t hoard, be sensitive towards the necessity of others,” he said.

The PM’s 29-minute address came hours after the govt announced a replacement set of restrictions including a ban on international flights from Sunday for every week the govt also urged work from home for many and advised those below 10 and above 65 to remain home.

India remains at Stage 2 of the outbreak, which suggests the spread is thru local transmission, which may be traced. The health ministry said there’s no evidence of community transmission yet, during which it’s hard to inform how the patient contracted the virus.

Schools, colleges, theatres, malls and shopping areas are pack up in large parts of the country. Religious gatherings and weddings are postpone .

let’s see if people support modi or not?
