Donald Trump’s blunt – if India sends hydroxychloroquine medicine
In the midst of the Corona crisis, Donald Trump’s blunt – if India sends hydroxychloroquine medicine, it will be good, or else will retaliate
The corona virus crisis is growing rapidly in America. President Donald Trump, who is hoping to supply medicine from India as a trial for the treatment of Corona patients, has once again reiterated his demand.
US President Donald Trump addressed the media and said that if India supplies the hydroxychloroquine drug, then we will respond well. Explain that the hydroxychloroquine drug is for malaria, of which India has been a major exporter.
According to news agency ANI, US President Donald Trump said that in this regard, I spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday morning and he has approved the supply of our hydroxychloroquine drug, which we appreciate.
He further said that even if he does not supply the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine 4, it does not matter. But we will retaliate on this. After all, why won’t we answer this?
What did India answer?
In fact, on the request of the US President Donald Trump to order hydroxychloroquine drug orders surrounded by the Corona crisis, India has said that being a responsible country, we will help as much as we can. India has clearly told the US that we will supply the Corona virus patients and health care agents of hydroxychloroquine only after we have protected our 1.30 billion population from the corona virus epidemic.
According to government sources, India is stocking the drug for its population in the wake of dealing with the potentially worst situation of the pandemic and will remove the ban on the export of this drug only after it is sufficient for all Indians.
Apart from India, other countries are doing the same. Let us know that India is one of the largest manufacturers of hydroxychloroquine, which is used for malaria. Hydroxychloroquine is a decades-old drug for malaria.
There has been a ban on the export of medicine since 25 March
Actually, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) banned the export of this drug on 25 March. However, the DGFT had said that some of its exports could be allowed on a human-by-case basis. There have been more than three million cases of corona virus infection in the US. So far, more than 8,000 people have died in the US due to this virus.
Trump appealed to supply medicine
In a press briefing this morning, Donald Trump said, ‘I spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the morning. He has made a lot of hydroxychloroquine tablets. India is seriously working on it.
The US President said that he would also take these tablets. He said, ‘I might as well take it. However, for this I have to talk to the doctors first. Further said that I would appreciate if India would issue a consignment of tablets ordered by us. He said, ‘India has made a large number of these tablets. He needs it for more than his billion people. ‘
